چکیده
Background: Proximal gastrectomy is a rarely performed procedure but feasible option in benign tumors and malignant neoplasms the proximal third of stomach since novel options reconstructions are available nowadays with fewer long-term sequels. Methods: Report three cases gastric gastrointestinal stromal (GIST), description its presentation, histological characteristics, follow-up after being treated cobra head reconstruction. Results: Case 1: A 62-year-old woman epigastric pain four months endoscopic evidence cardia GIST. The surgery was without complications. histopathological report confirmed fusiform GIST 3.2 × 3 2.5 cm, stage IA. No adjuvant treatment considered. An esophagogram showed no reflux stenosis, disease recurrence 40-months follow-up. 2: 66-year-old dyspepsia palpable tumor epigastrium. pathology 13 8 7 staged II. She received imatinib for 36 or stenosis. 3: 55-year-old intermittent hematemesis right subscapular pain. concluded that cardia, 1.4 1.2 left observation. At 6-month follow-up, she does not dysphagia, reflux, locoregional recurrence. Conclusions: Open laparoscopic safe therapeutic Furthermore, reconstruction esophagus-gastro anastomosis secure our population, good functional results short

EXPERIENCE WITH ADRENOCORTICAL TUMORS IN CHILDREN: A REPORT OF ELEVEN CASES
During a period of IS years from 1975 to 1989, eleven children with adrenocortical tumors were managed with relatively favorable results in our center. Despite its rarity in the pediatric age group, our series is one of the largest reported in the literature in the given period of time. All of our 11 patients presented with hyperfunction of the adrenal cortex. Virilization alone was the mo...
متن کاملThe Comparison Between the Complications after Two Surgical Techniques of Esophageal Cancer
Introduction: Esophageal cancer is a common gastro intestinal malignancy. One of the most common techniques of surgery in esophageal cancer is transhiatal esophagectomy with esophagogastric anastomosis in the neck. This technique is accompanied by complications like chronic gastero-esophegeal reflux and late stenosis. This study was designed to compare the risk of complications after two surgic...
متن کامل* − with a Partial Reconstruction Technique
We present measurements of the decays B0 → D (∗)+ s D∗−, using data recorded by the BABAR detector in 1999 and 2000, consisting of 20.8 fb. The analysis is conducted with a partial reconstruction technique, in which only the D (∗)+ s and the soft pion from the D∗− decay are reconstructed. From the observed rates, we measure the branching fractions B(B0 → D+ s D ∗−) = (1.03 ± 0.14 ± 0.13 ± 0.26)...
متن کاملa new type-ii fuzzy logic based controller for non-linear dynamical systems with application to 3-psp parallel robot
abstract type-ii fuzzy logic has shown its superiority over traditional fuzzy logic when dealing with uncertainty. type-ii fuzzy logic controllers are however newer and more promising approaches that have been recently applied to various fields due to their significant contribution especially when the noise (as an important instance of uncertainty) emerges. during the design of type- i fuz...
